Revolve is seeking a Fraud Analyst to monitor and review ecommerce sales data daily, identify fraud patterns and credit card misuse, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues promptly.
You will approve or cancel orders per guidelines, research using online tools, respond to chargebacks, and help implement system improvements while keeping up with evolving fraud trends. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The Fraud analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing E-Commerce sales data on a daily basis, identifying any trends and patterns of fraud and credit card misuse.

Conduct research utilizing online tools and searches

Respond to customer chargebacks
Perform administrative and clerical tasks upon request, such as filing, following up on email correspondence, and data entry
Work across multiple payment processing platforms
Work collaboratively with customer service to ensure customers' concerns are handled in a timely manner
