Job summary

LUCRUM ENTERPRISES CORPORATION seeks a dedicated on-site First Aider in Metro Manila to provide initial treatment for injuries or illnesses on site and to coordinate with paramedics during incidents. You will ensure adherence to safety standards and support a safe working environment for employees.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, plus a certificate in first aid from Red Cross or DOLE. Prior safety-related training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate status.
• Certificate in Standard First Aid and related trainings accredited by Red Cross or DOLE.
• Proficient with office software (MS Office or Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Construction or Occupational Safety and Health training is advantageous.
• 1 year experience as a First Aider would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial treatment for injuries or illnesses occurring on site.
• Act as the point of contact for paramedics or emergency responders during an incident, providing them with all necessary information.
• Ensure all first aid activities align with OSHA Standard.
• Assist the Safety Officer in promoting a safe working environment on the site and ensure the safety of employees.
• Maintain incident records in the site
• Manage the inventory of first aid supplies.
