Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a field service engineer to install, commission and support semiconductor testing equipment at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and service equipment to keep lines running. You will provide equipment training to users, build strong customer relationships and travel to sites, including short-notice trips. Diploma/ITE in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years’ semiconductor testing experience

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a semiconductor testing environment preferred.
• On Job Training provided.
• Experience with semiconductor test handlers is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and support semiconductor testing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Provide equipment training to customers and users at different levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide technical support and recommend preventive measures to minimise equipment downtime.
• Travel to customer sites, including short notice travel when required.
