Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct branch and store audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile records with system data to identify discrepancies.
• Audit cash handling, sales transactions, and branch fund management to verify accuracy and prevent losses.
• Examine documents and processes to assess effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
• Investigate inventory variances and potential irregularities or fraud cases.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and management on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up reviews.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and timely submission of reports.
• Travel to branch locations as required to perform field audits.
