Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in audit or accounting is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of auditing principles and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting systems.
• Willing to travel for branch audits (if required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting scheduled and surprise audits for branches and departments.
• Perform verification of financial records, inventory, and operational transactions.
• Collect, organize, and analyze audit data and supporting documents.
• Prepare audit working papers and assist in drafting audit reports.
• Check compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in inventory counts, cash counts, and asset verification.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and control weaknesses and escalated findings.
• Coordinate with branch personnel for audit requirements and clarifications.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and sensitive company information.
• Support the audit team in special investigations when needed
