Job summary

Manila Tytana Colleges seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily building operations and act as the on-site representative in the Head/OIC's absence. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely completion of repairs and safety compliance.

Applicants should have a Civil or Electrical Engineering background, strong organizational skills, and solid communication abilities to liaise with departments and vendors. In-person work at the campus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance or facility operations.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance protocols and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supervision and monitoring of building operations.
• Serve as on-site representative when Head/OIC is off-site or in meetings.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and monitor improvements.
• Assist in supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate and attend to facility concerns raised by departments and occupants.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance updates, and inventory records.
