Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Pasay is seeking an On-site Fresh Graduate/Student for a Bachelor-level contract.

You will supervise day-to-day estate operations including Administration, Grounds Maintenance, Safety & Security, Traffic, and Development Control, ensuring compliance and smooth execution. You will coordinate with counterparts of different locators, address concerns quickly, execute assigned projects related to the managed property, and perform other tasks as directed by your superior.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or Management course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the managed estate, including Administration, Grounds Maintenance, Safety & Security, Traffic, and Development Control.
