AboitizPower is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Calauan, Laguna site to drive maintenance and reliability initiatives within the Reliability Centered Maintenance - GEO unit. You will collaborate with Electrical, RCM, and Production teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes testing, diagnostics, planning, and budgeting support while promoting SHE practices and continuous improvement in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Electrical Engineer license required.
• Experience in geothermal, industrial, or heavy electrical environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment, including overhaul, upgrades, preventive and corrective work.
• Perform tests and commissioning to ensure equipment meets specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and diagnose electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate resources: manpower, materials, tools, and inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Define maintenance scope and schedule using equipment manuals and historical data to optimize intervals.
