Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Customer Service Engineer in Tagum City to prepare line designs and cost estimates for power meter applications and customer requests. You will manage electrician programs, verify power quality, and collaborate with the North Davao Engineering Support Department to deliver reliable power and develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering)
• Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, customer service engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Prepares design and materials/labor cost estimates in accordance with company standards for power meter applications, customer requests, rural electrification, and road widening projects
• Conducts field surveys and inspections to collect technical information, and inspects installed meters to ensure compliance with company metering and service entrance standards
• Performs voltage correction procedures by deploying power and voltage scanners to load centers to investigate and verify power quality complaints of customers
• Collaborates and coordinates with customers, contractors, and internal departments regarding large power applications, providing regular updates via the Work Order system
• Facilitates key administrative and compliance tasks, including handling requests for payments, purchase orders, liquidations, leading the annual electricians' program, and ensuring compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and safety guidelines
