Job summary

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to design lines, estimate materials and labor, and conduct field surveys for power meter applications. You will support the North Davao Customer Services Department and help deliver reliable service to customers.

You will perform voltage verification, coordinate with contractors, and lead the annual electricians scholarship program, ensuring compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (must be a Registered Electrical Engineer).
• At least 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare line designs and materials/labor cost estimates in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct field surveys, site visits, and inspections of installed meters to collect technical information and ensure they conform to company standards.
• Perform voltage correction procedures by deploying power and voltage scanners to verify and resolve customer power quality complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors, customer service, and other departments regarding power applications of large customers and work order implementation.
• Lead the implementation of the annual electricians scholarship program, oversee accreditation and performance, and ensure compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.
