Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in call centers or contact centers is an advantage.
• Strong written English with good grammar and spelling.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support.
• Experience working across multiple tabs and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer phone calls.
• Respond to emails and live chats.
• Assist customers with questions and account inquiries.
• Resolve concerns while delivering outstanding service.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure resolution.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
