Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations in accordance with GAAP. The role requires CPA certification and an established track record in managing teams and processes in a dynamic business environment.

You will oversee month-end close, policy reviews, tax planning, and financial statement analysis, coordinating with external auditors and other departments to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with people management.
• Experience as Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Supervisor: 2+ and 4+ years respectively.
• Strong detail orientation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee accounting strategies and operations in GAAP.
• Implement tax planning strategies throughout the fiscal year.
• Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end close.
• Provide financial insights to management for goals.
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flows).
• Conduct regular account audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Collaborate with departments to implement accounting policies.
• Coordinate with outsourced firms on accounting and finance projects.
• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned.
