Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an Accounting Manager (CPA) to lead the company’s accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance. The role requires a CPA with 5–8 years of accounting experience, including people management, and at least 2 years in an Accounting Manager role and 4 years as a Senior Accounting Supervisor.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, manage month-end close, and coordinate with auditors and internal departments to support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA license required.
• 5–8 years accounting experience with people management.
• 2 years as Accounting Manager and 4 years as Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement tax strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Manage month-end closing and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic financial recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external accounting partners on finance initiatives.
