Job summary

PCWORX in Makati is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive corporate client acquisition and manage daily branch operations from Monday to Saturday. The role requires flexibility to work mall hours and a readiness to start ASAP.

You will lead sales activities, oversee operations, ensure compliance, and coordinate with finance and marketing teams to achieve branch KPIs and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT or Business course.
• Willing to work 6x a week and mall hours.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Source and acquire corporate clients, generate leads, visit clients, present products, and drive KPI targets.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, approve transactions, manage aging items and inventory, ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Communication & Reporting: Report branch performance to senior management and disseminate information across teams.
• Customer Service & Marketing: Handle complaints, run promotions, manage social media, and keep client databases up to date.
• Administrative & Compliance Duties: Track fleet card usage, attend meetings, and enforce company policies.
