Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in Collection.
• Experience in a BPO, IT or Shared Services environment.
• Willing to work night shifts on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers.
• Reconcile complicated accounts and resolve disputes.
• Handle month-end and daily account reconciliations.
• Prepare customer refunds for overpayments.
• Prepare weekly aging reports.
