Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Collections, billing and invoicing in a BPO company.
• Amenable to nightshift schedule.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients via phone and email.
• Collect overdue payments by contacting clients.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve cash application issues.
• Perform daily or monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain a daily cash log.
