Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment to keep facilities running smoothly. You will review work orders, assist with installation and modification of building equipment, and support energy management while ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose problems; perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
