Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of store facilities, assist customers with technical issues, and provide after-sales support for Wilcon products.

You will inspect facilities, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, document service reports, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, functional store environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical program in a related field.
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Provide technical assistance on product installation, operation, and troubleshooting to customers.
• Inspect products and coordinate with service centers for warranty-related concerns.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation of inspections and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in on-site maintenance and customer site visits when authorized.
