Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Industrial Automation System Engineer to provide on-site engineering support for DCS, instrumentation, and related systems in Makati City. The role covers system development, project support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer site assistance.

Responsibilities include coordinating design, FAT/SAT, documentation, software deployment, and helping the Project Manager with execution. Travel for site visits is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field (Chemical Eng., Instrumentation & Control Eng., Electrical/Electronics Eng.)
• 1–2 years of engineering, sales, or marketing experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
• Willingness to travel for site visits and assignments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system design, integration, FAT/SAT, and testing
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation
• Support software deployment and system automation activities
• Monitor project schedules, costing, procurement, and coordination
• Assist the Project Manager in project execution
• Perform preventive maintenance and instrument calibration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites
• Support sales through quotations and technical presentations
