Job summary

Vivant is seeking an Accounting Officer for an onsite role in Cebu City, Philippines. The position involves managing accounting, billing, collections, AP, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting systems in a fast-paced MSP environment. Relocation package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting, billing, or finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting-related emails and calls from stakeholders.
• Review projects and tickets to ensure accurate client billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Review vendor invoices and timeliness of payments.
• Coordinate with vendors on AP concerns and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payment to partner service providers.
