Job summary

Winyard Accounting Services is seeking an On-Call Inventory Support Staff to assist with physical inventory counting at client sites in Leyte. This contractual/project-based, on-call role is ideal for candidates with Accountancy or related degrees and experience in stock management.

Responsibilities include counting, recording, reconciling counts with system data, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation. Flexibility for extended shifts and fieldwork is required.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in inventory counting, stock management, warehouse operations, audit, or related fieldwork is preferred.
• Familiarity with physical inventory count procedures is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory-related tools or systems.
• Experience with barcode scanners or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work onsite at client locations in Leyte.
• Willing to work flexible hours or extended shifts as per inventory schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts at client locations.
• Accurately count, record, and verify inventory items.
• Assist in reconciling physical counts with inventory records or system data.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, and other inventory concerns.
• Perform recounts or verification procedures when necessary.
• Complete inventory count sheets, reports, and other required documentation.
• Follow established inventory procedures and client instructions.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure an accurate and efficient inventory count.
• Observe client site policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
