Job summary

Smart Save Ventures Corp. is seeking a field installation technician to support the deployment of solar PV systems in Batangas. You will assist in mounting structures, panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components under supervision, ensuring quality and safety on site.

Work includes site preparation, material handling, basic electrical connections, troubleshooting, and reporting concerns to the supervisor. Ideal for hands-on individuals with a safety mindset and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in solar PV installation is preferred.
• Ability to assist with mounting structures, panels, inverters and BOS components.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of solar PV systems including mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components
• Assist in site preparation, layout, and material handling
• Conduct basic electrical connections under supervision of the Electrician or Engineer
• Perform troubleshooting, minor repairs, and replacement of PV system components when required
• Comply with company safety standards, site safety rules, and installation procedures
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and quality installation works
• Provide installation updates and report site concerns to the supervisor/electrician
• Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
