Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and supports Okta-based workforce identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments.
• Manages authentication and access services, including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Supports integration of enterprise applications with Okta to deliver secure access experiences.
• Investigates and resolves authentication, provisioning, and access-related issues in complex environments.
• Drives IAM automation, workflow improvements, and process optimization for efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity security controls.
• Supports platform upgrades, monitoring, and continuous improvement with governance and compliance.
