Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly motivated Distributor Sales Representative to join the sales team in Casanova. This full-time role will be based in Casanova and will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and driving sales growth for our market-leading oils and lubricants products.

You will actively identify and prospect new sales opportunities with motorcycle dealerships, repair shops, and other potential clients, while growing existing relationships to maximise sales and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of distributor sales experience, preferably in lubricants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with the Bicol area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new sales opportunities with motorcycle dealerships, repair shops, and other potential clients.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting on performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
