BDO Unibank's BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and to develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The role requires a four- or five-year degree, at least five years in branch operations and marketing, and proven managerial skills; willingness to travel within the covered area to support branch networks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course
• At least 5 years of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Excellent managerial skills
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
