Job summary

Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. is seeking an Officer for IR to ensure transparent communication of the company’s financial story to investors and to drive shareholder engagement.

The role includes coordinating earnings briefings, preparing disclosure documents, tracking market sentiment, and providing intelligence for boards. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, uphold global disclosure standards, and help maintain investor profiles and performance metrics while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEC, PSE and global best-practice standards on disclosure and shareholder engagement for a publicly listed entity.
• Support accurate and compliant preparation of disclosure documents (quarterly/annual results, M&A activity, CFO messages).
• Coordinate timely quarterly earnings briefings with complete materials and speakers.
• Prepare IR update reports for AEV and AP boards.
• Coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts as an IR liaison.
• Serve as an alternate contact for shareholder/investor inquiries and monitor market sentiment.
• Track competitor performance and benchmark against peers for market intelligence.
• Track shareholder ownership changes and maintain investor profiles; support logistics for key IR events.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration as part of KPIs.
• Adopt agile, data-driven approaches and display effective communication across teams.

The Officer for IR serves as a back-end support function in ensuring that the company’s financial story is communicated effectively to the investment community and shareholder engagement is meaningful and data-driven.

Responsibilities

Compliance with SEC, PSE and global best practice standards on disclosure and shareholder engagement metrics as a publicly listed entity

• Supports in the accurate and compliant preparation of relevant portions of disclosure documents, which include, but are not limited, to AEV’s and AP’s: Quarterly and annual financial and operating results, relevant M&A activity, responses to PSE/SEC queries if any, CFO message in integrated report
• Timely execution of quarterly earnings results briefings for AEV and AP with complete, accessible and accurate materials and relevant speakers
• Helps in the preparation of IR update reports for the AEV and AP boards

Investor engagement and relationship management

• Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts
• Serve as an alternate point of contact for inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and prospective investors
• Track and respond to market sentiment, investor feedback, and information request

Market Intelligence on competitors, capital markets activity, and macroeconomic shift

• Track competitor performance and disclosures. Conduct benchmarking against peers

Shareholder monitoring & analytics

• Track shareholder ownership changes and maintain profiles of key investors
• Lead in seamless execution of logistics and production of key IR events
