The role supports back-end IR functions, regulatory disclosures, earnings briefings, and board-ready updates. The successful candidate will coordinate investor meetings, monitor market sentiment, and help maintain investor relationships with banks, institutions, and analysts, contributing to data-driven decision

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investor relations or corporate communications is preferred.
• Strong data-driven storytelling for financial results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Comply with SEC, PSE and global best practice standards on disclosure and shareholder engagement as a listed entity.
• Prepare disclosure documents: quarterly/annual results, M&A activity, SEC/PSE queries, CFO message for integrated report.
• Organize quarterly earnings briefings with materials and speakers.
• Assist in IR update reports for boards.

Job Mission/Purpose

The Officer for IR serves as a back-end support function in ensuring that the company’s financial story is communicated effectively to the investment community and shareholder engagement is meaningful and data-driven.

Responsibilities

Compliance with SEC, PSE and global best practice standards on disclosure and shareholder engagement metrics as a publicly listed entity

• Supports in the accurate and compliant preparation of relevant portions of disclosure documents, which include, but are not limited, to AEV’s and AP’s: Quarterly and annual financial and operating results, relevant M&A activity, responses to PSE/SEC queries if any, CFO message in integrated report
• Timely execution of quarterly earnings results briefings for AEV and AP with complete, accessible and accurate materials and relevant speakers
• Helps in the preparation of IR update reports for the AEV and AP boards

Investor engagement and relationship management

• Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts
• Serve as an alternate point of contact for inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and prospective investors
• Track and respond to market sentiment, investor feedback, and information request

Market Intelligence on competitors, capital markets activity, and macroeconomic shift

• Track competitor performance and disclosures. Conduct benchmarking against peers

Shareholder monitoring & analytics

• Track shareholder ownership changes and maintain profiles of key investors
• Lead in seamless execution of logistics and production of key IR events
