KeyResponsibilities

• SupportthedevelopmentandexecutionoftheCompany'sInvestorRelationsstrategies,ensuringeffectivecommunicationofitsbusinessperformance,financialresults,corporatestrategy,andinvestmentproposition.

• Coordinateandparticipateininvestorandanalystengagements,includinginvestormeetings,conferences,roadshows,andothercapitalmarketactivities.

• RepresenttheCompanyininvestorandanalystmeetingsindependently,whenrequired.

• Leadthepreparationanddevelopmentofinvestorpresentations,earningsmaterials,corporateannouncements,andotherinvestor-facingcommunications.

• Translatecomplexfinancial,operational,andstrategicinformationintoclear,accurate,andcompellinginvestmentnarratives.

• Supportthepreparationandexecutionofquarterlyearningscommunicationsandothersignificantfinancialandcorporatedisclosures.

• Monitor,consolidate,andanalyzeinvestorfeedback,analystreports,andmarketperceptions,providingrelevantinsightsandrecommendationstomanagement.

• Provideanalytical,research,andcoordinationsupporttoseniormanagementonstrategicpriorities,businessinitiatives,andorganizationalmatters.

• Assistinthedevelopmentofstrategicpresentations,businessreviews,researchmaterials,andmanagementreportsforexecutive-leveldiscussions.

• Supportspecialprojectsandstrategicinitiativesassignedbyseniormanagement.

• AssistinthepreparationofBoardmeetingmaterials,presentations,reports,andotherrelevantdocumentation.

• Coordinatewithseniormanagementandcross-functionalteamstofacilitateBoard-relatedrequirementsandcorporategovernancematters.

• Ensureaccuracy,completeness,confidentiality,andtimelydeliveryofexecutiveandBoard-levelmaterials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Economics,BusinessAdministration,Management,oranyrelatedfield. Apostgraduatedegree,CFAdesignation,orotherrelevantprofessionalcertificationisanadvantage.

• Atleast8yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperienceinInvestorRelations,EquityResearch,InvestmentBanking,CorporateFinance,FinancialPlanningandAnalysis(FP&A),Strategy,orrelatedfields.

• Experienceinpubliclylistedcompanies,capitalmarkets,financialanalysis,orinvestorengagementishighlypreferred.

• Exposuretoseniormanagement,executiveleadership,andBoard-levelreportingisanadvantage.

• Strongfinancialandanalyticalcapabilities,withasolidunderstandingoffinancialstatements,financialperformancedrivers,andbusinessfundamentals.
