Job summary

AMPH Advertising Agency Inc. is hiring a Utility/Messenger to manage office cleaning, security duties, and local errands in Taguig. You will support daily operations, handle deliveries, and assist with general maintenance to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate, reliable, physically fit and able to multitask with minimal supervision. Prior utility/messenger experience is a plus, and willingness to work on-site in BGC is required.

Qualifications

• High school or senior high school graduate.
• Experience as utility staff or messenger is advantageous.
• Physically fit for cleaning, organizing and delivery tasks.
• Trustworthy, punctual and hardworking.
• Familiar with basic office procedures and routes.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do field work and multitask as needed.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply office areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping).
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stock and maintain office supplies.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Handle bank transactions (deposit, withdraw, pay bills).
• Run other errands as required.
