About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Office Security Personnel to join the team at NEWBIG FOUR J CONSTRUCTION INC. This is a full-time position based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As Office Security Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to security incidents. This role is fundamental to protecting our assets, employees, and visitors, and plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our construction organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to office premises, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs




• Conduct regular patrols of building interiors and exteriors to identify and report any security breaches or suspicious activity




• Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to detect any unauthorised access or incidents




• Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action and notifying relevant personnel or emergency services as required




• Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring all employees and visitors comply with safety and access regulations




• Report security concerns and incidents in detail, maintaining accurate records and documentation




• Assist in the coordination of security arrangements for events, meetings, and special operations at the office premises




• Perform bag and vehicle inspections in accordance with company security protocols




• Maintain a professional demeanour and provide courteous service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as security personnel or in a similar security-focused role within the trades and services industry




• Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control systems, and emergency response protocols
