Responsibilities

• Deliveries & Collections: Transport mail, documents, checks, and packages to various clients and suppliers.
• Government & Bank Errands: Process payments, bank deposits, and submit documents to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, LTO) or company permits/licenses.
• Office Maintenance: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as purchasing office supplies and equipment.
• Record Keeping: Create logs of all deliveries, secure signatures, and handle check deposits accurately.
