In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers.

What you will do

• Build reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plans.
• Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast.
• Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias.
• Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders.
• Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia.
• Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant fields related to data analysis.
• Experience in data analysis in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functions.
• Basic to intermediate level of English.
• Ability to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business dynamics.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams.
