• Deliveries & Collections: Transport mail, documents, checks, and packages to various clients, and suppliers.
• Government & Bank Errands: Process payments and bank deposit. Process documents at government agencies (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, LTO) and/or company permits or licenses (if any).
• Office Maintenance: Assist with general administrative tasks (like making purchases of office supplies, office equipment and etc.)
• Record Keeping: Make logs of all deliveries, secure signatures, and handle check deposits accurately.
