What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Office Manager, you will take full ownership of daily office operations to ensure a reliable, safe, and compliant workplace. You will actively manage office budgets and vendor relationships, oversee the lifecycle of all workplace assets, and provide clear, day-to-day leadership to the Office Assistant. Additionally, you will partner closely with HR to execute an engaging office experience calendar that fosters employee wellbeing, while proactively maintaining audit-ready facility records, permits, and contingency plans to seamlessly support any future business continuity needs or operational transitions.

About You:

Experience & Education: 5+ years in office or facilities management. A relevant Bachelor’s degree and experience in a multinational, BPO, or PEZA environment is essential.

Vendor & Financial Control: Proven expertise in managing operational budgets, procurement workflows, and end-to-end vendor relationships (including SLA monitoring and contract negotiations).

Health, Safety, & Compliance: Deep understanding of Philippine LGU and DOLE requirements. You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Safety Officer certification and have experience running comprehensive OSH and fire safety programs.

Asset & Facilities Management: Strong track record of maintaining physical asset registers (from employee onboarding to disposal) and preferably experience coordinating office relocations, fit-outs, or consolidations.

Emergency Preparedness & Audits: Capable of leading business continuity plans, workplace incident responses, and preparing robust documentation for audits or regulatory inspections.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent organizational skills to supervise administrative staff, juggle multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior leaders, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Operational Readiness & Tech Skills: Willingness to work onsite and handle urgent weekend matters as needed, coupled with proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and standard procurement/asset management tools.
