You will oversee industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensure quality and alignment with goals, mitigate risks, and deliver on time and within budget while pursuing continuous improvement in efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably EE/ECE/ME.
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management and New Product Development
• Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities that foster collaboration and trust
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail in complex project environments
