Job summary

Elite Mentors Ph is seeking an experienced Functional Odoo Specialist to join our team in Pasig to support a live Odoo project. You will work closely with clients, functional specialists, technical teams, and project management to ensure Odoo configurations are accurate and solutions are properly implemented.

You will analyze client requirements, configure modules, train users, and assist in deployment while maintaining documentation and supporting production issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Odoo experience.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo applications and functional modules.
• Experience with Odoo implementation, configuration and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Odoo solutions.
• Experience gathering and analyzing client requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with technical and non‑technical teams.

• Experience working with a live/production Odoo environment is highly preferred
