Job summary

Toolkit Inc. is seeking a motivated Functional Consultant to ensure seamless Odoo implementation for clients. You will document client processes, conduct audit walkthroughs, and lead data migration efforts during implementations.

The role includes functional training for users, participating in testing, and providing post-implementation support. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with CPA being a plus. Flexible hours and remote options are offered.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Documenting client processes and assisting in audit walkthroughs and scoping activities.
• Conducting functional training sessions for client users.
• Facilitating user testing to ensure the system meets client requirements.
• Leading the data migration process for our clients during the Odoo implementation.
• Assisting in various functional roles within the Odoo implementation process as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.
