About the role

As an Odoo Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP infrastructure, supporting end-users, and implementing system enhancements that drive business efficiency across our organization. This role is essential to our digital transformation strategy and directly impacts our operational capabilities and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Odoo ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability across all modules and users
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business requirements and organizational processes
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related challenges
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Manage database administration tasks, including backups, updates, patches, and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures to maintain an accurate knowledge base
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system usage, performance and compliance
• Support system upgrades, migrations and integrations with third party applications

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Odoo Administrator or ERP system administrator with at least 1-3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules v14- v17, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Human Resources, and Project Management
• Technical expertise in database management, system configuration, and user administration
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages for system customization and reporting
• Experience with system performance optimization, backup procedures, and disaster recovery
• Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection protocols
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Odoo development frameworks and customization tools is highly desirable
• Certification in Odoo Administration or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous
