Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in sampling and testing bulk fuel.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-3004, NAVAIR 00-80T-109, and TO 42B-1-1.
• Strong technical knowledge of fuel sampling, testing, and QA processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; English proficiency for contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas and pass deployment medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory sampling and testing to execute the Diego Garcia fuel plan.
• Provide technical oversight in fuel-related QA processes.
• Document and maintain records of testing results for compliance.
• Coordinate with program management and stakeholders to ensure plan execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks to fuel storage, handling, and distribution.
