Job summary

Nri Anz is seeking an experienced OCI Engineer to operate and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments for global client projects. The role emphasizes stability, security, and availability, with on-call duties where applicable.

You will manage platform operations, access governance, networking, compute/storage tasks, and incident response while adhering to change control and security practices. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure operations with hands-on OCI administration.
• Strong knowledge of OCI IAM concepts and policy management.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident/change/problem processes.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and operational troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Bash/Python for operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day platform operations for OCI services and alerts.
• Identity and access management including SSO/federation operations.
• Networking operations including VCNs, subnets, gateways, and DNS tasks.
• Compute and storage operations including instance provisioning and backups.
• Observability, incident management, and post-incident actions.
• Change and release execution including maintenance windows and communications.
• Security operations support including remediation and audits.
