Maersk in the Philippines seeks an Ocean Contract Management Team Leader to drive long-term tender management and accurate filing across rounds, delivering improvements and enabling global collaboration.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in shipping/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English, and MS Office proficiency. On-site in Estancia, Pasig, with growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with tender processes and contract filings.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead long-term tender management and customer nominations filings across all rounds.
• Continuously improve tender and filing processes through RCA learnings and technology engagement.
• Engage stakeholders globally and communicate effectively to align areas and teams.
• Develop team members and build capability and engagement.
• Prepare and align tender season plans with areas and ensure resources.
• Manage tender quotations and customer nomination filings with speed and accuracy.
• Conduct RCA for delays and IQ issues and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with FPO and platform teams to support automation and standardization.
• Maintain compliance with global standards and ensure customer-centric execution.
