Job summary

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to conduct patient interviews, document comprehensive records, and implement prescribed therapeutic procedures. You will coordinate with the physiatrist on referrals and prescriptions, and fabricate splints or assistive devices as needed.

Ideal candidates are licensed OSTs with a valid PRC board pass and a willingness to start as a new professional. A one-time sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy is required.
• PRC Board passer is required.
• Newly-licensed Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.
• One-time sign-on bonus offered.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and their relatives about present and past illness.
• Keeps accurate records of patient data, OT evaluation, progress notes and treatment programs.
• Carries out physical therapy procedures as prescribed by the physiatrists.
• Clears referrals with the physiatrist before carrying out prescriptions.
• Fabricates splints and assistive devices.
• Transports in-patients from room to PMRD and back.

• Fabricates splints and assistive devices.
• Transports in-patient from room to PMRD and vice-versa.
