Fundevmentals Therapy Center in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on helping clients achieve functional independence and improve quality of life through evidence-based therapy.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate clients and families on strategies for home modification and daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of OT theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.

Fundevmentals Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques and activities to enhance functional abilities
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, speech therapists, and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated care
  • Providing guidance and education to clients and their families on adaptive strategies, home modifications, and self-management techniques
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and evaluation
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of therapy programmes and best practices within the centre
  • Participating in staff training, professional development activities, and continuing education
What we're looking for

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current professional licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the Philippines
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous
  • Physical capability to perform manual therapy techniques and demonstrate activities
  • Commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and continuing professional development
  • Experience with specific populations such as paediatric, geriatric, or neurological cases is preferred
