Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in Metro Manila is seeking a licensed MD to provide clinical services, oversee occupational health, and support medical compliance across the organization, including in-person and virtual consultations.

The role handles medical evaluations, PEME classifications, health risk assessments, and coordination with DOH/DOLE agencies, with emphasis on data privacy and OSH standards. Flexible location and schedule: 9am–12noon, Philippines operations.

Qualifications

• MD degree with professional licensure to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience in occupational health and compliance with OSH regulations.
• Ability to conduct medical evaluations, and interpret test results.
• Familiarity with DOLE/DOH OSH regulations and privacy standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of employees for in-person and virtual consultations.
• Provide Fit-to-Work, Return-to-Work, and Non-Infectious certifications per DOLE/DOH guidelines.
• Classify PEME results to determine fitness for hiring.
• Oversee management of work-related illnesses and refer to specialists when needed.
• Supervise delivery of nursing services and ensure health protocols compliance.
• Ensure RA 11058, DO 252.25, and DOH OSH standards compliance.
• Conduct health risk assessments and advise on preventive strategies.
• Supervise health surveillance programs including TB management.
• Maintain confidential medical records aligned with DOH/DOLE requirements.
• Coordinate with DOH, DOLE, OSHC, HMOs and external providers.
