Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a licensed Occupational Health Physician to provide medical care at the workplace, promote employee wellness, and support health and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include medical assessments, treating common illnesses and injuries, first aid, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating with HR to ensure regulatory compliance. A BLS/ALS certification is required along with strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician in the Philippines.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Good communication, clinical assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle medical records professionally.

• Provide medical consultations, initial treatment, and management of common illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Deliver first aid and emergency medical care when necessary.
• Monitor employee health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Support the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and prepare medical reports.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and relevant departments regarding employee health concerns.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable health regulations.
