Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PRC license and be in good standing.
• Updated BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience in occupational health or clinical governance is preferred.

Job Title: Occupational Health Physician

Location: Canlubang Calamba Laguna

Work Set-up: Onsite

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday - 8am-12pm

Tuesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday = 7am-11am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.

• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.

• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.

• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.

• Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.

• Help maintain medical facilities, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness.

• Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
