Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a licensed Occupational Health Physician to provide medical care, promote employee wellness, and support workplace health and safety initiatives. You will conduct medical assessments, manage health concerns, and ensure delivery of appropriate medical services in the workplace.

Responsibilities include evaluating fitness for work, delivering first aid, monitoring health conditions, and coordinating with HR to address employee health concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician in the Philippines.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage medical records professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments and evaluate employees' fitness for work.
• Provide medical consultations, initial treatment, and management of common illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Deliver first aid and emergency medical care when necessary.
• Monitor employee health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Support the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and prepare medical reports.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and relevant departments regarding employee health concerns.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable health regulations.
