This role requires RN licensure, a BSN, and 1–2 years of occupational health experience; you will coordinate with external providers, handle vaccinations, emergencies, and HMO enrollments, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience as Company/Occupational Health Nurse.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, DOLE requirements, and workplace health programs.
• Prior experience in handling HMO administration, including enrollments, claims and renewals.
• Proven experience in providing first aid and managing workplace emergencies.
• Experience in organizing employee health and wellness programs, such as vaccination drives and health screenings.
• Knowledge in handling medical records, health documentation, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the company clinic, including patient assessment, consultation assistance, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assist the Company Physician during consultations and manage medical documentation, including sickness notifications, referral letters, medical certificates, and other health-related records.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace accidents and health emergencies and arrange hospital transport when necessary.
• Manage and monitor medicine and medical supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock, proper storage, timely replenishment, and monitoring of expiration dates.
• Implement workplace health policies and procedures, including lactation room management and other employee health protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs to promote employee well‑being.
• Conduct and coordinate health education activities, wellness campaigns, safety‑related health training, and emergency preparedness programs such as first‑aid training.
• Coordinate vaccination programs, health screenings, and other preventive healthcare activities.
• Coordinate pre‑employment and post‑employment medical examinations, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company requirements.
• Manage Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and Executive Check‑Ups (ECU) in coordination with healthcare providers.
• Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HMO benefits, claims, and health‑related concerns.
• Coordinate with the HMO provider regarding employee enrollment, claims, approvals, and other health benefit concerns.
• Prepare and submit clinic, medical, and inventory‑related reports to the HRGA Department.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee medical records and health information.
• Monitor and ensure the health, hygiene, and sanitation standards of the company canteen.
• Conduct or coordinate regular health and sanitation audits/inspections of canteen operations.
• Monitor the health and hygiene condition of canteen personnel, including compliance with required medical examinations and health certificates.
• Monitor proper food handling, personal hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness practices of canteen personnel.
• Coordinate with the canteen service provider regarding health and sanitation findings and required corrective actions.
• Document audit findings and monitor the closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with the Safety, GA, and canteen service provider on food safety, sanitation, and employee health concerns.
• Immediately escalated any health or sanitation condition that may pose a risk to employees.
• Maintain records of canteen health inspections, medical clearances, sanitation findings, and corrective actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HRGA team and ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with HRGA special projects and employee health‑related initiatives.
• Support company‑wide emergency preparedness and health‑related activities.
• Support administration of the company's HMO program, including enrollments, renewals, deletions, claims coordination, and payment processing if assigned.
