Job summary

Chong Hua Hospital in the Philippines seeks a Company Nurse to provide clinical support, coordinate annual and special employee examinations, and manage health records in collaboration with HR and the Safety Officer.

The role includes administering vaccinations, reporting to management and government agencies, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and hospital standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4- or 5-year Allied Health Sciences program.
• Experience in Quality in Healthcare / CQI / TQM is a plus.
• Familiar with internal quality audits / process audits.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the clinic and prepares materials for the physician, ensuring PE cubicle readiness.
• Conducts initial assessment before endorsement to the retainer physician for medical consultation.
• Assesses pre-employment medical examination results and coordinates status with Talent Acquisition.
• Schedules and monitors annual/periodic/special examinations of employees, following through on results.
• Implements vaccination programs in coordination with infection control and other health care staff.
• Conducts home visits or follow-ups for employees with chronic illness or on extended sick leave.
• Prepares periodic reports for the department and management.
• Addresses patient concerns and escalates when necessary.
• Ensures completeness and confidentiality of medical records and related forms.
