Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an active PRC Registered Nurse license.
• Completion or willingness to undergo the 40-Hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Occupational Health Nurses.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / Standard First Aid Certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical, hospital, or corporate/occupational health clinic experience; fresh grads with active PRC licenses and BOSH welcome.
• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, knowledge of DOLE OSH standards, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Clinical & First Aid Care: Administer basic emergency treatment, first aid, and over-the-counter medication to onsite employees; maintain emergency clinic inventory and supplies.
• OSH Program Implementation: Assist in implementing mandatory DOLE health policies (Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Mental Health, and Drug-Free Workplace programs).
• Health Records & Surveillance: Maintain confidential medical logs, pre-employment/annual medical exam (AME) records, and sickness/fit-to-work clearances in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
• DOLE Reporting: Prepare and assist in the timely submission of required occupational health reports (such as the Annual Medical Report / AMR and health incident logs).
• Committee & Emergency Collaboration: Serve as an active member of the workplace Safety and Health Committee, coordinating closely with designated Safety Officers and First Aiders during drills and health crises.

Job Qualifications

• Education & License: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with an active, valid PRC Registered Nurse License.
• Mandatory Training:
  • Must have completed or be willing to undergo the 40-Hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Occupational Health Nurses (administered by OHNAP / DOLE-accredited training organizations).
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / Standard First Aid Certification (Philippine Red Cross or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical, hospital, or corporate/occupational health clinic experience (fresh graduates with active PRC licenses and BOSH certifications are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, basic knowledge of DOLE OSH standards (DO 198-18), and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
